Our Essential Services team hold the current required licences & certifications with in-depth knowledge and experience working within the requirements of the various Australian Standards. We are able not only to provide the required Council Annual Fire Safety Statements (AFSS) but can provide remedial works including; Fire Damper inspections & repairs, Fire Matrix creation, Stair Pressurisation System testing, Mechanical Plant shutdown testing and much more.

01.Preventative Fire Maintenance

ARC Air Conditioning offers an integrated approach for mechanical and fire safety inspection and certification. Our Essential Services team holds the necessary licenses and has expertise in various Australian Standards, including AS1851 (2012) for routine service of fire protection systems and equipment. We can provide Council Annual Fire Safety Statements (AFSS) and offer remedial services such as fire damper, passive protection, fire indicator panels, and stair pressurisation systems. In addition to our inspection and certification services, ARC can also provides rectification works.
